1-Year Limited Warranty
- Coverage: All Voicecan devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- What's Covered: Manufacturing defects, hardware malfunctions, or faulty materials.
- What's Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
How to Request Warranty Service
- Contact our support team at support@voicecan.ai.
- Include your checkout email and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost if the issue is covered under warranty.
